LEGAL NOTICE FOR PUBLIC INPUT OPPORTUNITY   MDOT’s STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN   The Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT), as part of its commitment to Stormwater Management and in conjunction with the Environmental Protection Agency’s National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System, would like to invite the people of Mississippi to review MDOT’s Stormwater Management Plan (SWMP). Citizens are encouraged to provide questions, comments and concerns to the plan and to declare any interest in being involved with MDOT’s Stormwater Management Program.   The public is invited to participate in the SWMP Committee’s quarterly meeting for 2026 to be held at 10:30 am on Monday, June 15th in the first floor Commission Room of MDOT’s Administration Building located at 401 N. West Street, Jackson, MS.
