The Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation Services, MDRS, is soliciting proposals to lease approximately 2,000 square feet of office space in Wiggins, MS, available September 1, 2026. The initial term of the lease will be 5 years. Space must be accessible to persons with disabilities and meet ADA accessibility standards. The Department will need 6 closed door offices 125-175 sq. ft and 1 conference room 300 sq. feet. Parking needs to accommodate 10 minimum spaces.
