Matteson Street, Bronson, Michigan, to consider a request submitted by Green Development Ventures, LLC (Allen Edwin Homes) for Preliminary Site Condominium approval for Schmid Farms East, a proposed 27-unit residential development on approximately 8.9 acres located at the eastern end of E. Corey Street (east of the existing roadway terminus), Parcel No. 200-004-000-076-00, within the R-1 Residential District.
