1. PRE-BID CONFERENCE
1.1. Pre-Bid conference will be held at 3:30 PM, Tuesday, June 2nd, at Portland High School - 1100 Ionia Rd, Portland, MI 48875. Enter the Central Administrative Office through Door D on the southeast side of the building. Oakwood Elementary will directly follow.
2. BID DUE DATE/LOCATION
2.1. Lump sum sealed bids will be received electronically via BuildingConnected (buildingconnected.com).
2.2. Proposals must be delivered via BuildingConnected no later than 2:00 PM June 15th, 2026
2.3. Bids will be opened publicly on June 15th at 2:15 PM at the Portland Public Schools.
3. BID DOCUMENT AVAILABILITY
3.1. Bid Documents, drawings, and specifications will be available at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, May 26th, at www.clarkcc.com, click BIDS/Open Bids
