Pursuant to T.C.A. § 21-1-204, appearing from the allegations of the Complaint in this cause, being duly sworn to or from affidavit, that the Defendant cannot be served with the ordinary process of law for the following reasons:
1. The whereabouts of the Defendant, ELIZABETH KATHERINE PEREZ-PORTER, are unknown and therefore, they cannot be personally served with process;
2. That after a diligent inquiry into the whereabouts of the Defendant, her whereabouts cannot be ascertained;
3. It is therefore ORDERD, that the Defendant enter an appearance thirty (30) days after the last publication and file an answer to the complaint, or judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the complaint. A copy of this order is to be published for four (4) consecutive weeks in The Tennessean and in the Northern Virginia Daily, a daily regional publication covering the Northern Shenandoah Valley, including Frederick County, where the parties last resided together. The last known address for the Defendant is 144 Falcon Trail, Winchester, Virginia 22602.
