HEARING
In accordance with MGL Ch. 40A Sections 9 and 11 and Scituate Zoning Bylaw Section 580 (Village Center and Neighborhood District), Section 750 (Design Review), Section 760 (Parking Requirements), Section 770 (Site Plan Review) and 940 (Referrals) and General bylaw Sec. 32050 Stormwater and its regulations, the Planning Board will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday June 11, 2026 at 6:50 P.M. in the Select Board Hearing Room, Scituate Town Hall, 600 Chief Justice Cushing Highway, Scituate. The subject of the Hearing is an application submitted by for a Major Site Plan Review and Stormwater Permit in the Village Center and Neighborhood District – Greenbush Driftway Gateway District- Greenbush Business Subdistrict (VCN-GDG-GWB) regarding the construction of a one Multi-Family Building with eighteen one-bedroom units and 19 parking spaces, site utilities and site amenities at the project location of 7 New Driftway. The property is owned by Seven New Driftway, LLC, John S. Barry, Manager. The property is shown on Assessor’s Maps as parcels 53-5-37F. Plans are available for review in the Planning Board Office, Town Hall, Scituate. Abutters and other interested parties are invited to attend this Public Hearing.
