Hybrid Public Hearing
CAPE COD COMMISSION
The Cape Cod Commission will hold a hybrid public hearing on the following Project on Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. in person (at the Mary Pat Flynn Conference Room, 3195 Main Street, Barnstable, MA 02630) and virtually (online and by telephone) to consider the following Development of Regional Impact (DRI) Exemption request submitted pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Cape Cod Commission Act and Section 7 of the Enabling Regulations Governing Review of Developments of Regional Impact, as amended. At this hearing, the Commission will assemble the record, review the proposed development, discuss the following project and may decide and vote on whether the project qualifies for a DRI Exemption.

Project Description: The Project proposes a division of land to construct a ground mounted solar photovoltaic array and associated battery stores system on approximately 24.72 acres of the approximately 55.9-acre site.
Note:The hearing will be held in a hybrid format, both in person and virtually, with some members participating remotely, pursuant toChapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, as amended by Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2025.

The DRI application including a map showing the location of the subject property and other project materials may be accessed for review atwww.capecodcommission.org/projectsand is also available for public inspection by appointment at the Commission’s office during normal business hours.
