The Plymouth Zoning Board of Appeals on the Zoning Bylaw will hold a Public Hearing in the Great Hall, Town Hall, 26 Court Street, Plymouth, Massachusetts on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to hear the petition of EDGAR PINTO and AMBER PINTO requesting an appeal of a decision of the building commissioner pursuant to MGL Chapter 40A Section 13. The decision in question was issued on April 10, 2026 by Jason Silva, Building Official. The decision was a denial and stated that “Applicant must seek Special Permit per §203-9 (C) and §206-2 for substantial alteration of a preexisting non-conforming structure within Floodplain District Zone VE.” on the property of 119 D TAYLOR AVE; shown as Parcel 045C-000-401-000 of the Assessors Maps dated January 1, 2024, in a R20S Zone.
