BRANCHBURG TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE OF REAL PROPERTY AT AUCTION BY TOWNSHIP OF BRANCHBURG, SOMERSET COUNTY, NJ 200 HARLAN SCHOOL ROAD, BLOCK 17.13, LOT 12.02   Please Take Notice that the Township of Branchburg will be conducting an online public auction for the sale of the Township owned property identified on the Branchburg Tax Map as Block 17.13, Lot 12.02, and commonly known as 200 Harlan School Rd, Branchburg , Somerset County, New Jersey, 08876, consisting of approximately +/- 1.66. The online public auction and sale of the Property is being held in accordance with the Local Lands and Buildings Law, N.J.S.A. 40A:12-13 and the Local Unit Electronic Procurement Act, N.J.S.A. 40A:11-4.7.
