IN THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE ELEVENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT OF ILLINOIS   LOGAN COUNTY   No. 1957-MC-888   IN THE MATTER OF NORTH BRANCH LAKE FORK  SPECIAL DRAINAGE DISTRICT, COUNTIES OF  LOGAN, MACON, AND DEWITT, STATE OF  ILLINOIS    DRAINAGE NOTICE   PUBLIC NOTICE IS GIVEN that on the 18th day of May, 2026 the commissioners of the above drainage district filed with the clerk of the above court in the above case, a Petition to Increase the Annual Maintenance Assessment from $1.30 per acre to $4.00 per acre, a Petition to Change Annual Assessment Collections from Benefit to Flat Rate Per Acre, and a Petition to Change from Election to Appointment of Commissioners. A copy of each Petition was mailed to every owner of land within the district or to the persons who last paid general taxes on the lands in the district as listed on the annual maintenance assessment roll filed with the court.   NOTICE IS GIVEN that the Petitions and supporting documents have been set for hearing on the 26th day of June, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. in the Logan County Courthouse, 601 Broadway Street, Lincoln, Illinois 62656 at which time all interested persons may appear and be heard upon all issues if they see fit to do so.   DATED this 20th day of May, 2026.   /s/Bryce A.
