REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
San Patricio County
NOTICE is hereby given that the County of San Patricio, Texas, is requesting proposals (RFP) for a Disaster Debris Removal, Reduction, Disposal, and Other Emergency Services. Proposals must be received by the County no later than 2:00PM on June 11, 2026 to be considered. Any proposal delivered or received after 2:00 PM (Central Time) will not be considered and shall be returned unopened to the bidder. The County reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. San Patricio County issues payments via check, no ACH or other types of payments allowed. The type of bond required is a bid bond. All bids must be clearly marked “RFP2026-003 Disaster Debris Removal”. Please submit your proposal electronically through the County's eBidding platform at www.sanpatriciocountytx.gov (click on
Departments, then Purchasing-Bid Opportunities) OR submit one (1) original physical proposal and one (1) thumb drive to the address below:

Questions may be emailed to the Purchasing Coordinator at cjennings@sanpatriciocountytx.gov no later than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date for the Proposal.
The County reserves the right to negotiate with any or all respondents who submit proposals.
