Notice of Public Hearing Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board Legal Notice NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Town of Poughkeepsie Planning Board on June 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM, or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard. This meeting will include an application, submitted by IBM Corp, Applicant and Owner, seeking coastal consistency review, amended site plan review, and architectural review for construction of a concrete pad for the placement of one (1) new chiller unit. The application also includes parking area restriping, equipment coordination, installation of an equipment enclosure and the removal of two (2) existing temporary generators upon the permanent generators, approved as part of Phase 1, are connected. In addition, the existing asphalt mound paving located beneath the temporary containment areas will be removed to allow the area to be re-graded to be flush with the surrounding existing paved surface. This application involves tax lot number 6060-04-840280, located at 2455 South Road, Poughkeepsie, NY. The parcel is in the Heavy Industrial (I-H) Zoning District. During the public hearing, all who wish to speak will be heard.
