Pursuant to an Order Confirming Referee's Report and Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on February 7, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Rockland County Courthouse, landing above the vestibule between Courtrooms 1 & 2, 1 South Main Street, New City, NY 10956 on July 15, 2026 at 10:30 a.m., premises known as 72 Horton Drive, Unit G3, Monsey, NY 10952. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Ramapo, County of Rockland and State of New York, Section 56.10, Block 4 and Lot 49.-703 together with an undivided 1.716 percent interest in the Common Elements.
