LEGAL NOTICE   The Richland Township Zoning Hearing Board will meet on Thursday, June 25, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Richland Township Municipal Building, 1328 California Road, Quakertown, PA 18951 to hear the following:   Application of Barbara Foreman seeking the following variance for a proposed (12’ x 18’ 216 SF) roofed, screened in deck:   1. A variance from Chapter 27, Section 557 to allow the roofed screened in deck to infringe upon the minimum 30’ feet rear- yard setback.   The subject property is located at 1078 Spring Meadow Drive, Quakertown, PA, Tax Map Parcel No. 36-056-013, and lies within the (RA) Rural Agricultural Zoning District.
