INVITATION FOR BIDS AND PROPOSALS The Housing Authority of the City of Erie will receive sealed bids for the following: Purchase of Eight Police Power Bikes Sealed bids will be received until 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 8, 2026 at 606 Holland St., Erie, PA 16503 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in bidding.
