BOROUGH OF WANAQUE PUBLIC NOTICE   This Public notice is given in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23c and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11.6.   PROPOSED 45 DAY PUBLIC NOTICE   PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Borough of Wanaque will hold a municipal consent hearing on July 13, 2026 at 7p.m at the Mayor and Council Meeting which will be held at the Wanaque Borough Municipal Building.   This hearing will be held for the purpose of evaluating the application of Optimum for the renewal of its municipal consent to own, operate, extend, and maintain a cable television and cable communications system in the Borough of Wanaque and is held in accordance with N.J.S.A. 48:5A-23, and N.J.A.C. 14:18-11.6, and all other applicable statutory and regulatory provisions.   All interested parties are invited to attend and be heard with respect to this application. Copies of the application will be on file with the Borough of Wanaque Municipal Clerk and can be reviewed Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Hall.   This notice will be published again between the fourteenth (14th) and seventh (7th) day prior to the hearing.
