By Virtue of Writ of Fieri Facias to me directed from the Honorable 1st Judicial District Court of Caddo Parish, Louisiana, in the above numbered and entitled cause, I have seized and will sell at Public Auction for cash according to law without benefit of appraisement in Room G-20, or any other place within the Caddo Parish Courthouse in said City of Shreveport designated by notice posted in the lobby prior to the sale, during the legal hours of sales on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A.M.

LOT 3, BLOCK 10, WASHINGTON SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE CITY OF SHREVEPORT, CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONVEYANCE BOOK 150, PAGES 203 AND 204, CONVEYANCE RECORDS OF CADDO PARISH, LOUISIANA, TOGETHER WITH THE ADJOINING ONE-HALF OF THE ALLEY IN THE REAR OF SAID LOT 3, AND ALL IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
Said Property to be sold as belonging to the above defendant to pay and satisfy debt specified in said writ together with attorney's fee, interest and costs.
