PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. the Planning Board of the Township of Holmdel will hold a hearing on the application of St. Benedict Catholic Church and School. The hearing will be held at the Township of Holmdel, Town Hall, Courtroom, 4 Crawfords Corner Road, Holmdel, New Jersey. In addition, pre-existing variances are present insofar as minimum front yard setback (58.6 feet is provided whereas 100 feet is required), minimum rear yard setback (83.6 feet is provided whereas 100 feet is required), minimum parking space size (9.2' x 17.8' provided whereas 9' x 18' is required), minimum aisle width (23.7 feet is provided whereas 25 feet is required), less than 2% of all spaces are not 12 feet wide pursuant to Holmdel Ordinance §30-80.E.5, accessory building and/or structure, including parking lot, is located within the front rear and/or side area, and minimum landscape buffer. The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such bulk variance and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
