The Crestview Housing Authority is seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal assistance, receptionist duties, and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls
Welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
Maintain and organize files
Provide clerical support to other staff as needed
Receives payment for rent and other services
Makes contact with residents concerning rent, etc.
Balances cash drawerAssists in compiling data required for various records and reports
Data entry
Coordinates services with pest control provider
Processes reports on a daily/monthly basis
Performs quality control for housing program files
Requirements:
General knowledge of office equipment to include calculators, personal computers, copiers, facsimile machines, etc.
Proficient computer literacy in Word and Excel is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to deal tactfully and effectively with applicants, residents and the general public
Pay Range:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
