PUBLIC NOTICE   NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Hearing Board of Bedminster Township, Bucks County, PA, will hold a public hearing on the following application on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at the Bedminster Township Building, 3112 Bedminster Road, Bedminster, PA. All members of the community or interested parties are invited to attend.   7:00 Application of Kevin and Elizabeth Roberts, Appeal No. 523 for property known as 6409 Durham Road, in the Township (TMP No. 01-019-048-001) in the AP Agricultural Preservation Zoning District. The Application: is an appeal from the Zoning Officer’s Determination dated May 15, 2026 denying a permit to construct a deck as an addition to a barn based on the requirement that the addition of a non-residential deck requires land development approval or a waiver from land development approval and the addition would violate a condition contained in Zoning Hearing Board Decision #441; in the alternative the Applicant requests a variance from these requirements; Applicant requests that conditions 2, 3, 4, 6 and 9 of Zoning Hearing Board Decision #441 be modified to allow additional alcoholic beverages to be served, to allow beer to be served from bottles, cans or portable beer dispensers, to allow alcohol service to cease 1 hour before the end of an event, to remove a reference to “off premises” in the condition and to eliminate the 125 guest limitation.   Copies of the Application are available for inspection by contacting the Township.   BEDMINSTER TOWNSHIP ZONING HEARING BOARD Kenneth Goldenberg Donald Nice Kevin E.
