Notice is hereby given that RHA seeks to provide up to thirty (30) Project-Based vouchers (PBV) to one or more qualified owners of an existing purpose-built Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) complex in Washoe County in order to house people with disabling behavioral or physical health conditions who have experienced homelessness, are at risk of homelessness, or have faced unnecessary institutionalization.
