PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE Title V Operating Permit Renewal Permit No. 38-05041 Lebanon County Notice is hereby given in accordance with 25 Pa. Code Section 127.424(b), that the Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) intends to renew a Title V operating permit to Amcor Flexibles North America (5 Keystone Drive, Lebanon Valley Business Park, Lebanon, PA 17042-9791) for the Lebanon Plant located in South Lebanon Township, Lebanon County. Amcor Flexible North America is a major facility subject to the operating permit requirements of Title V of the Federal Clean Air Act and 25 Pa. Code, Chapter 127, Subchapters F (relating to operating permit requirements) and G (relating to Title V operating permit requirements). The facility's major sources of emissions are associated with the facility's flexographic and rotogravure presses. The facility's actual emissions from 2025 were estimated at 4.06 tons-CO, 4.83 tons-NOx, 0.09 tons-PM10, 0.09 tons- PM2.5, 0.03 tons-SOx, and 23.013 tons-VOCs.
