POLK TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING APPLICATION FOR CONDITIONAL USE-KRESGEVILLE REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LLC   The Polk Township Board of Supervisors will hold a Public Hearing on June 22, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Polk Township Municipal Building, 165 Polk Township Road, Kresgeville, PA 18333 to consider the application of Kresgeville Real Estate Development LLC for Conditional Use approval concerning development on property located on Interchange Road identified as tax parcel 13.6.1.64-1 consisting of 1.67 acres located in a R-3 District in the Township. The Applicant proposes to erect a multiple occupant commercial building (3 units) on the property, one of the units to be a Dunkin Franchise with a Drive-Thru. Under the Polk Township Zoning Ordinance multiple occupant commercial buildings and Drive-Thrus are Conditional Uses which require Conditional Use approval.
