Chestnuthill Township MILITARY EMBLEMS / SYMBOLS AND TOWNSHIP NAME ON ROUND-A-BOUT-WALL PO Box 243, 271 Route 715 Brodheadsville, PA 18322 Chestnuthill Township, Monroe County ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Sealed Bids for the production and installation of Six (6) Bronze Military Emblems/Symbols and Township Name Lettering on the Round-a-bout located along Route 209 (SR-209) on property owned by Penn DOT and maintained by Chestnuthill Township. Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Chestnuthill Township, until 3 PM local time on July 1, 2026, when Bids will be opened and publicly available on Pennbid and possibly awarded at the Supervisors’ meeting on July 7, 2026. The Project consists of the Manufacturing of Military Emblems/Symbols and Township Name letters and the fastening of them to the concrete wall at the round-a-bout at the intersection of Route 209 and Route 115. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com) Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex.
