BID NOTICE Sealed Bids will be received by the Saint Thomas Township Supervisors, 965 Hade Road, Chambersburg, Franklin County, Pennsylvania 17202 until 4:00 p.m. on June 17, 2026 for the installation of approximately 162,986 square yards of Bituminous Seal Coat. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the municipality. To obtain copies, contact the Township Office at 717-369-2144. A certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid made payable to the municipality must accompany the bids. Bids shall also include a non-collusion affidavit on forms supplied by the Township. A performance bond and payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount shall be furnished by the successful bidder within 20 days after the contract is awarded. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended.
