INVITATION TO BID   2026 CITY OF LOUISVILLE ROAD PAVING PROJECT – VARIOUS STREETS Sealed proposals shall be received at the City of Louisville Constitution Center at 1022 West Main Street, Louisville Ohio 44641 until 9:45 A.M. on JUNE 11th, 2026, for the city of Louisville Road Paving 2026 according to the specifications now on file with the City Clerk. Bids will be publicly opened on June 11, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at the same location. Bids must be sealed, marked, and endorsed. The City of Louisville reserves the right to reject any-and-all bids and waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received. The contract documents and specifications are on file at the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, 215 S. Mill Street, Louisville, Ohio 44641 and on the City website at www.louisvilleohio.gov No proposal will be considered unless it is made on the forms provided by the City and otherwise in compliance with the instructions set forth therein. No bidder shall take any exception to any requirement of the specifications. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guaranty. The bid guaranty must meet all requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code and the Instructions to Bidders. The project falls under the State of Ohio Prevailing Wage requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any bids, and to waive any irregularities in a bid, or to accept that bid which in the judgment of the proper officials is to the best interest of the City.
