By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Delaware County, Indiana, in Cause No. 18C05-2601-MF-000008 wherein NewRez LLC was Plaintiff, and Jennifer Kay Hendrickson, Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority, Capital One National Association FKA Discover Bank, Velocity Investments, LLC, Goldman Sachs Bank USA and Synchrony Bank were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public online sale to the highest bidder on the 8th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM, or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Delaware County, Indiana.
Lot Numbered Forty-One (41) in Atlee V. Rinkers Fourth Addition to the Town of Daleville, Indiana, a plat of which is recorded in Plat Book 9, page 8, in the Office of the Recorder of Delaware County, Indiana.

Together with rents, issues, income, and profits thereof, said sale will be made without relief from valuation or appraisement laws.
