SPECIAL MEETING LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING For the Membership of St. Mary's Credit Union   The Board of Directors of St. Mary's Credit Union have called a Special Meeting of the members of St. Mary's Credit Union at 46 Lizotte Drive, 3rd Floor on June 15th, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.   The Purpose of this meeting is to considor an act apon a plan and proposal to merge Metrowest Community Federal Credit Union (MWCFCU) with and into St. Mary's Credit Union (hereinafter referred to as the "Continuing Credit Union") whereby all assets and liabilitys of MWCFCU will become members of the Continuing Credit Union and will be entitled to and will receive shares in the Continuing Credit Union for the shares they own in MWCFCU on July 1st, 2026, the proposed date of the merger.   If you wish to attend the meeting, please contact our Member Solutions Center at 508-490-8000 prior to June 13th for confirmation of membership, Attendees should arrive at the meeting by 5:50 pm.    Sincerely, James F.
