PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 22, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of Middletown will hold a public hearing on the application of Jeffrey and Jacquline Greco. The public hearing will be held in the Main Meeting Room, Town Hall, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey. The premises which are the subject of the application are located at 264 Sunnyside Road, Middletown Township New Jersey. Said premises are known as Lot 1, Block 1049.02
This application is for Variance approval to demolish the existing dwelling and to construct a new single-family dwelling. The property is in the R-130 zone and the applicant proposes a floor area ratio of .09 where the permitted ratio is .07. Therefore, a variance under NJSA 40:55D-170(d)(4) is required.
The applicant also intends to request at the hearing such density, use and bulk variances and/or waivers of design standards and/or submission requirements as are required to develop the premises in the manner indicated in the application materials, and any other variances or waivers that the Board may require.
The application for development and all supporting maps, site plans and documents are on file in the office of the Department of Planning and Zoning and are available for public inspection, during normal business hours at the Town Hall, 1 Kings Highway, Middletown, New Jersey. Any interested party may appear at the aforesaid hearing, either in person, or by their attorney, and be given an opportunity to be heard with respect to the aforesaid application.
