NOTICE OF HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In compliance with the pertinent provisions of the Cherry Hill Township Zoning and Land Development Ordinance, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Act, N.J.S.A. 40:55D-1 et seq., notice is hereby given that a written application has been filed by the undersigned with the Cherry Hill Township Zoning Board of Adjustment seeking minor subdivision approval to adjust the lot line between existing Lots 2 and 3 in Block 429.02 as identified on the Cherry Hill Tax Map, as well as use variance relief pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40:55-70(d)(1), and any and all other variances or waivers the Board may reasonably require in the exercise of its discretion and without further public notice, in order to permit the undersigned applicant to construct, establish, maintain and operate a single-family model home on reconfigured Lot 2, known as 30 Haddonfield-Berlin Road. No construction or development is proposed as part of this application. In the event this application is approved, Applicant will return to the Zoning Board in the future for site plan approval. The above-referenced application pertains to the property identified as Block 429.02, Lots 2 and 3 on the Cherry Hill Township Tax Map, which property is located 30 Haddonfield-Berlin Road & 42 Haddonfield-Berlin Road, respectively.
Public hearing on the above-described application for minor subdivision approval and use variance relief will be conducted on June 18, 2026 at 7:30 PM (with Caucus immediately preceding the regular meeting starting at 7:00 PM).
In accordance with the Open Public Meeting Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-6, et seq., the Cherry Hill Township Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting on June 18, 2026 will be conducted remotely and/or virtually by way of a Zoom Webinar in lieu of an "in-person" meeting. Members of the public will have full access to the meeting, and will also be able to give public comment, present objections and/or cross-examine witnesses on this application through Zoom or telephone, by following the below directions:

Please take further notice that the Board may, at its discretion, adjourn, postpone or continue said hearing from time to time and you are hereby notified that you should make diligent inquiry of the Board Office concerning such adjournments, postponements or continuations.
