By virtue of a certified copy of a decree to me directed from the Clerk of Superior Court of Vanderburgh County, Indiana, in Cause No. 82D05-2602-MF-000800 wherein TH MSR Holdings LLC was Plaintiff, and Carson Graves; Bob-Bea Alldredge; DNF Associates, LLC; Med-1 Solutions, LLC as Agent for Collections for Deaconess Health System were Defendants, requiring me to make the sum as provided for in said Decree with interest and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on the 30th day of July, 2026, at the hour of 10:00 AM or as soon thereafter as is possible, at www.zeusauction.com, the fee simple of the whole body of Real Estate in Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
Lot Fourteen (14) and the adjoining Fifteen (15) feet of Lot Fifteen (15) in Section "C" in Northwood Village, an addition to the City of Evansville, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book H, Pages 250 and 251 in the Office of the Recorder of Vanderburgh County, Indiana.
