The City of Daytona Beach, in accordance with National Flood Insurance Program regulation 65.7(b)(1), hereby gives notice of the City's intent to revise the flood hazard information on Flood Insurance Rate Map (FIRM) 12127C0353H and 12127C0361H generally located south of Champions Drive and west of Interstate 95. The flood hazard revisions are being proposed as part of Letter of Map Revision (LOMR) Case No. 25-04-5521P for LPGA – Grande Champion development. The request will, in part, revise the flood hazards for the existing 1% annual chance floodplain. As a result of the revision, the 1% annual chance water-surface elevations shall increase and/or decrease or be established within the area of revision. The 1% annual chance floodplain with widen, narrow and be established within the area of revision.
