NOTICE   The DOYLESTOWN TOWNSHIP BOARD OF SUPERVISORS will take action on the following Ordinance at its regularly scheduled meeting on Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m., to be held at the Township Building, 425 Wells Road, Doylestown, PA, or via remote means, as determined by the Board of Supervisors and as indicated on the Township’s website at www.doylestownpa.org, and will hold a public hearing on and will consider for adoption, an amendment to Chapter 175 - “Zoning,” Article IV “Use Regulations,” Section 16 - “Uses Enumerated,” at Subsection H “Accessory Uses.” The Ordinance to be considered and acted upon is the following:   AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWNSHIP OF DOYLESTOWN, BUCKS COUNTY, AMENDING T CHAPTER 175 – “ZONING,” ARTICLE IV “USE REGULATIONS,” SECTION 16 – “USES ENUMERATED,” AT SUBSECTION H “ACCESSORY USES”   The proposed Ordinance to be considered and acted upon on June 16, 2026, has been drafted for the health, welfare and safety of the residents of Doylestown Township. The proposed ordinance would, inter alia, amend the Doylestown Township Code of Ordinances at Chapter 175 – “Zoning,” Article IV “Use Regulations,” Section 16 – “Uses Enumerated,” at Subsection H “Accessory Uses” for elimination of special exception and inclusion to by right uses in all residential districts for Accessory Dwelling Units.
