CELEBRATION POINTE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 NOTICE OF SPECIAL BOARD OF SUPERVISORS’ MEETING   Notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Celebration Pointe Community Development District No. 1 (“District”) will hold its special Board Meeting on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at 5001 Celebration Pointe Ave., Suite 180, Gainesville, FL 32608. At such time, the Board is so authorized and may consider any business that may properly come before it. The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts.
