A certain parcel of land situated on the northerly side of Flint Road, Town of Charlton, Worcester County, Massachusetts, and being Lot No. 3 on a plan entitled "Plan of Land in Charlton, Mass. surveyed for Raymond Maynard, dated September 27, 1971, Robert F. Para, Land Surveyor," recorded with Worcester County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 360, Plan 15, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe on the northerly side of Flint Road, at the southwest corner of tract herein described and the southeast corner of Lot No. 2; thence N 5° 55' E along Lot No. 2 a distance of two hundred fifty and 0/101h (250.00) feet to an iron pipe; thence S 84° 05' E along land of grantor, a distance of one hundred and 0/10th (100.00) feet to an iron pipe; thence S 5° 55' W along Lot No. 4 a distance of two hundred fifty and 0/10th (250.0) feet to an iron pipe; thence N 84° 05' W along the northerly side of Flint Road, a distance of one hundred and 0/10th (100.0) feet to the iron pipe at the point of beginning.

A certain parcel of land situated on Flint Road in Charlton, Worcester County, Massachusetts, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at an iron pipe on the northerly side of Flint Road, at the southwest corner of land herein described and the southwest corner of Lot No. 1; thence N 30° 30' W along Lot No.1, for a distance of one hundred forty-five and ninety-one hundredths (145.91) feet to an iron pipe; thence N 56° 13' E along land of Raymond Maynard for a distance of two hundred forty and thirty-five hundredths (240.35) feet to an iron pipe; thence S 5° 55' W along Lot No. 3 for a distance of two hundred fifty and 0/10th (250.0) feet to an iron pipe on the northerly side of Flint Road; thence running westerly along the northerly side of Flint Road, on a curve to the left having a radius of two hundred forty-one and thirty-four hundredths (241.34) feet for a distance of one hundred and ninety-eight hundredths (100.98) feet to the iron pipe at the point of beginning.

TERMS OF SALE: Said premises will be sold and conveyed subject to all liens, encumbrances, unpaid taxes, tax titles, municipal liens and assessments, if any, which take precedence over the said mortgage above described.
FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) Dollars of the purchase price must be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check at the time and place of the sale by the purchaser. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid in cash, certified check, bank treasurer's or cashier's check within thirty (30) days after the date of sale.
