By virtue and in execution of the Power of Sale contained in a certain mortgage given by Robert Z. Boulos to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Clearpoint Funding, Inc., dated June 27, 2011, and recorded with the Norfolk County Registry of Deeds in Book 28923, Page 102, of which mortgage the undersigned is the present holder by assignment of mortgage from Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. ("MERS"), as nominee for Clearpoint Funding, Inc. to CitiMortgage, Inc., dated July 3, 2012, and recorded with said Registry in Book 30169, Page 157, and by assignment of mortgage from CitiMortgage, Inc. to Nationstar Mortgage LLC, dated December 8, 2016, and recorded with said Registry in Book 34742, Page 211, and by assignment of mortgage from Nationstar Mortgage LLC to U.S. Bank National Association, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for the RMAC Trust, Series 2016-CTT, dated May 17, 2018, and recorded with said Registry in Book 35989, Page 299, for breach of the conditions of said mortgage and for the purpose of foreclosing the same will be sold by Public Auction at 10:00 o’clock A.M. on the 23rd day of June, 2026 at the mortgaged premises located at 17 Judith Road_, North Weymouth, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, all and singular the premises described in said mortgage, To wit: PROPERTY ADDRESS: 17 JUDITH ROAD, WEYMOUTH, MA 02191 A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATED ON JUDITH ROAD, WEYMOUTH, NORFOLK COUNTY, MASSACHUSETTS, BEING DESIGNATED AND SHOWN AS LOT 62A ON A PLAN ENTITLED "SUBDIVISION PLAN OF LAND IN WEYMOUTH, MA" DATED DECEMBER 18, 1996, WHICH PLAN IS FILED WITH THE NORFOLK COUNTY REGISTRY OF DEEDS ON AUGUST 18, 1997, AS PLAN NO. 518 IN PLAN BOOK 449, AND BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED ACCORDING TO SAID PLAN AS FOLLOWS: NORTHERLY BY JUDITH ROAD, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAN, BY TWO LINES MEASURING 63.44 FEET MORE OR LESS AND 40.3 MORE OR LESS; EASTERLY BY LOT 62B, AS SHOWN ON SAID PLAN, 100.52 FEET; SOUTHERLY BY LAND MARKED 100 EAST STREET ON SAID PLAN, 99.59 FEET; AND WESTERLY BY LAND MARKED LOT 53 "ARTHUR C. AND TOINI A. PARNABY" ON SAID PLAN, 91.93 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID PARCEL OF LAND CONTAINS ACCORDING TO SAID PLAN, 9,999.2 SQUARE FEET. BEING THE SAME PREMISES CONVEYED TO THE MORTGAGOR BY DEED RECORDED WITH THE NORFOLK COUNTY REGISTRY OF DEEDS, BOOK 13101, PAGE 334.
