NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING AMENDING CITY OF WAUSAU ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT   Notice is hereby given that the City of Wausau Plan Commission will hold a public hearing at its meeting to begin at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, in the Common Council Chambers of Wausau City Hall, 407 Grant Street, to consider the following amendment to the text of the Wausau Municipal Code:   Amending Sections 23.03.05 Table of Land Uses, 23.03.14 Industrial Land Uses and 23.06.06 Off Street Parking and Traffic Circulation to define and create regulations for data centers in the zoning ordinance.   The recommendation of the Plan Commission developed as a result of this public hearing is scheduled to be reviewed by the Wausau Common Council at its first regular meeting in July which is expected to be held in the Common Council Chambers of Wausau City Hall beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at which time final action may be taken.   Please call the Clerk/Customer Service Office at 715-261-6620 to confirm the date and time of the Common Council meeting.   For additional information about the proposed text changes, please contact the City Planning Office at 715-261-6760.   May 28, 2026                                                                              Rachel Brown, City Clerk June 2,9,2026     WNAXLP
