NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING IDA PUBLIC SCHOOLS COUNTY OF MONROE, MICHIGAN ON THE ADOPTION OF THE BUDGET FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 TO ALL INTERESTED PERSONS IN THE IDA PUBLIC SCHOOL DISTRICT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Education of the Ida Public School District, County of Monroe, Michigan, will hold a public hearing on Monday, the 15th day of June 2026, at 6:00 p.m. in the Ida High School Media Center, 3145 Prairie St., Ida, MI., to consider the approval and adoption of the operating budget of the Ida School District for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This budget will be based upon 18.0 mills of ad valorem property taxes levied against non-homestead properties. A copy of the proposed 2026-2027 budget, including the proposed property tax millage rate is available for public inspection during normal business hours at the Business Office, Ida Schools, 3145 Prairie Street, Ida, Michigan. At the public hearing, all citizens, taxpayers, and property owners will be afforded an opportunity to be heard in regard to the approval of the budget. The property tax millage rate proposed to be levied to support the proposed operating budget will be a subject of this hearing.
