Notice is hereby given that Bohler, LLC has applied for a 401 Water Quality Certification to clear, grade, excavate, and place fill to construct the Resilient Technology Park, a development focusing on high-tech industries, including data centers. The current site development plan includes the construction of seven (7) buildings with associated parking, power infrastructure, driveways, roadways, a temporary electrical substation, a permanent electrical substation, an electrical switchyard, a wastewater lift station, an elevated water storage tank, detention basins, and other associated infrastructure. All work will occur off Greenwood Road in Shreveport, Caddo Parish. Bohler, LLC is applying to the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Environmental Services for a Water Quality Certification in accordance with statutory authority contained in the LAC 33:IX.1507.A-E and provisions of Section 401 of the Clean Water Act.
