REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS FOR PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES The City of Cambridge, Ohio is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) for providing professional engineering services for design of the Southgate Multimodal Improvements project for the City of Cambridge. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at Cambridge City Hall, 814 Wheeling Avenue, Cambridge, Ohio 43725 at 10:00 am on June 11, 2026. Consultants must submit a reproducible original (Adobe Acrobat PDF) and four bound copies of the SOQs to the attention of Mr. Nick L. Cunningham, P.E., MBA, City Engineer at the above address no later than 1:30 pm on June 30, 2026. The project involves the design of various aspects of a multimodal path along Southgate Parkway from Interstate 70 to Larrick Road that will include, but not be limited to survey, utility coordination, preparation of detailed construction drawings, and submittal of plans for all necessary permits.
