ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS CITY OF LEBANON 2026 STREET MAINTENANCE PAVING CONTRACT C-1-26-LF PENNDOT LF PROJECT: 26-38301-01 The City of Lebanon will receive sealed electronic bids through the PennBid Program at www.pennbid.net from 8:00 a.m. on June 8, 2026 until 2:00 p.m. prevailing time on June 22, 2026, for the 2026 Street Maintenance Paving Project. Contract award shall occur no later than June 26, 2026. The project generally consists of roadway milling, base repair, asphalt paving, sealing, traffic control, and related work for the following: • Park Drive: Oak Street to City Line • Park Drive: City Line to Northfield Drive • Agnes Street: Roth Street West to 16th Street • 22nd Street: Oak Street to City Line (North Side at Walnut Alley) • Foster/Plum Street: Chestnut Street to Walnut Street All work shall be completed in accordance with PennDOT Publication 408 and applicable Pennsylvania Liquid Fuels requirements. Contract documents, specifications, proposal forms, prevailing wage information, and bidding documents are available electronically through the PennBid Program. This project is financed through Pennsylvania Liquid Fuels funding and is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. A certified check, bank draft, or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each proposal. No bid may be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after bid opening. All work shall be substantially completed no later than September 1, 2026. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, or accept any proposal deemed in the best interest of the City.
