NOTICE TO BIDDERS   TOWNSHIP OF BENSALEM 2400 Byberry Road Bensalem, PA 19020   Bid Proposal for Cart Path Repaving – Bensalem Township Country Club   Bensalem Township will be accepting contractor prequalification documents which include the Responsible Contractor Certification Form and Responsibility Statement with supporting documentation, as well as documentation that they have performed detailed golf renovations or reconstruction work on five (5) golf courses within the past five (5) years to include the Golf Course, contract amount, completion date and course superintendent information.   Contractors must submit their documents no later than 3:00 P.M. on June 8, 2026 at the Bensalem Township Municipal Building, 2400 Byberry Road, Bensalem PA 19020.   The Township will notify those Bidders that have successfully met the prequalification requirements on or before June 10, 2026 and will provide copies of the bid specifications to those qualified bidders. Prequalified bidders must attend a pre-bid meeting on Friday, June 12, 2026 at the Bensalem Township Country Club, 2000 Brown Avenue, Bensalem, PA 19020.   The Township will receive sealed proposals from those contractors that are approved as prequalified bidders as follows:   Sealed proposals will be received at the Township Building, 2400 Byberry Road, Bensalem PA 19020, until 2:00 PM on Friday, June 19, 2026. The bids shall be publicly opened and read aloud at 2:00 PM, same day, for the following:   2026 CART PATH REPAVING - BENSALEM TOWNSHIP COUNTRY CLUB   To include: Mill and pave 150,000 SF of existing asphalt cart pathways. Over-excavate subbase where directed. 225,000 SF of seeding and erosion control blanket to restore disturbed turf. 20,000 SF of cart path widening to 10’ wide. 8,600 LF at 8” wide and 4” high of asphalt curbing. Bid Alternate Items – Turf Type Tall Fescue Sod (unit price per square foot installed) New asphalt cart path in new location, 8’ to 10’ wide. Remove wooden bridge and replace with pipe and asphalt cart path.   Specifications, bid proposal forms, contract form and instructions to bidders may be obtained at the Bensalem Township Building, 2400 Byberry Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The bidding requirements are provided in the Capital Facilities Debt Enabling Act (Act 67 of 2004).
