In accordance with NCGS 160D-601, the Town of Marshall Board of Aldermen will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 6:00 PM at the A-B Tech Madison located at 4646 US-25 #70, Marshall, NC 28753 to hear Text Amendment ZTA-2026-01 to the Marshall Zoning Ordinance:
1. Amending associated standards in Section 4.9.1 Communications Tower (C) Conditions to be Met.
2. Amending Permitted Uses Table Section 3.3 adding Cryptocurrency Mining and Data Centers and Special Requirements in Section 4.7.5.
The proposed ordinance language is available for review at the Marshall Town Hall offices now located at 10 Derringer Drive, Marshall NC 28753 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
