NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners of Wayne County, Indiana, will receive sealed bids for the purchase of three (3) Chevrolet Tahoe Police Pursuit Vehicles.
Bid specifications are on file and available from Steve Higinbotham, Wayne County Administrator, 401 East Main Street, Richmond, Indiana 47374, TX 765-973-9487, e-mail shiginbotham@waynecounty.in.gov.
Bids will be received until 9:00 am, local time on Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in the Wayne County Commissioners Office, Wayne County Administration Building, 401 East Main Street, Richmond, Indiana 47374. Bids must include a non-collusion affidavit, which is available with the bid specification packet.
Bids will be evaluated on cost, bid specifications, explanation of bid substitutions, completeness of bid proposal, and the bidder’s ability to deliver the vehicles in a timely manner.
The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
