NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 27, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25001354CA of the Circuit Court of the Fourteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Bay County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR COLT 2024-INV2 MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, Plaintiff, and ANGELA M LUDWIG; STEPHEN T. LUDWIG; LAKETOWN WHARF RESORT COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; PATHWARD, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA CRESTMARK, A DIVISION OF METABANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, are Defendants.

FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LAKETOWN WHARF, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3295, PAGE 1872, AND SECOND AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF LAKETOWN WHARF, A CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3586, PAGE 57, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF BAY COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS WHICH ARE APPURTENANT TO SUCH UNITS.
