Charlton Planning Board
In accordance with Sections 200-3.2, 200-7.1D and 200-7.2 of the Charlton Zoning By-Law, the Charlton Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 7:30 p.m. in the Charlton Municipal Office Building, 37 Main Street, Charlton, Mass. on the Special Permit and Site Plan application of Hatem Enterprises, LLC, 561 Thomas B Landers Road, Falmouth, MA 02536 requesting approval for a gasoline filling station/convenient store with seven (7) fueling pumps and a 5,100 square-foot convenient store with a drive thru, and five residential apartments proposed above the convenient store, with 34-parking spaces proposed on 1.22 acres on Worcester Road (Route 20). Assessor’s Map 36, Block C, Parcel 15. Said property is zoned Commercial Business (CB).
Copies of the special permit and site plan application are available for inspection at the Planning Office and Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours. Any person interested or wish to be heard should appear at the time and place designated.
