APPLICATION OF VTT FRAMINGHAM RENAISSANCE, LLC
Pursuant to the Framingham Zoning Ordinances, the Framingham Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Thursday, June 18th, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. in the Blumer Room in the Memorial Building, located at 150 Concord Street, Framingham, AND/OR via remote conference, to consider: Major Site Plan Review (§435-47.B(3)(b)(3), Public Way Access Permit (§395-6; Article II Regulatory Ordinances), Special Permit for Mixed-Use Complex over 30,000 square feet in the CB District (§435-7, Table of Uses, footnote 9), Parking dimensional waiver by special permit 28’ drive aisles for parking areas with 2 way circulation (435-24,B,1,b), Mixed Use Development Waiver by Special Permit (§435-34.C(1) for lot coverage), Mixed Use Development Waiver by Special Permit (§435-34.C(3) for open space and recreation, and Special Permit for Land Disturbance and Stormwater Management, (§435-33), and any other permissions deemed necessary by the Board. The applicant proposes to construct a four-story, 48-unit residential unit building. Zoning District: Central Business (CB).
