PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN in accordance with the Bylaws of the Town of Upton that the Upton Zoning Board of Appeals will hold the following public hearing on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at 6:30 pm – In-person at the Room 203 (a/k/a Little Town Hall) in Town Hall, 1 Main Street, Upton, MA and via Microsoft Teams.
• Special Permit – 73 Crockett Road (AKA 74 Crockett Road) - Application by Kathy Kessel and John Dennis requesting a hearing to allow renovation of the current deck as shown in the attached plan. Purpose of this is to align the deck with the sliding glass doors that provide egress out to the deck and eliminate part of the deck that serves no purpose. Total net addition to the deck is 73.8 sq ft. Parcel 013-042.
• Special Permit – 19 Glen Ave – Application by MJT RE LLC to construct 10 unit, 3 bedroom townhouse development within the General Business Zone District. The installation of all utilities to service the development. Sec. 7.2 Townhouse in GBA. Parcel 019-061.
