SATICOY SANITARY DISTRICT NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a report entitled “Collection of Sewer Service Fees on Tax Rolls for Fiscal Year 2026-27” was presented to the Saticoy Sanitary District Board of Directors at its meeting on Wednesday, May 20, 2026. Pursuant to California Health & Safety Code Section 5473 et seq. and Section 6520.5 the Saticoy Sanitary District proposes to collect charges for sewer service on the tax rolls in the same manner, by the same persons, and at the same time as, together with and not separate from, its general taxes. If this report and proposal are accepted, the amount of the charges, if not paid, shall constitute a lien against the lot or parcel of land against which the charge has been made. NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing on said report and proposal to place sanitary sewer service charges on the County Property Tax Rolls for collection has been set for Wednesday, June 17, 2026, at approximately 5:30 p.m. at the Jose R. Flores Saticoy Community Center, 11168 Violeta Street, Saticoy, California. All persons interested in, or objecting to, said report or proposal may then appear and be heard.
