NOTICE OF SOLICITATION
The Port of Corpus Christi Authority (PCCA) hereby issues this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) seeking Respondents interested in Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Property Demolition and Site Clearing project. Interested Respondents must be registered on the PCCA’s procurement website to obtain the complete CSP package (https://pocca.procureware.com/home). This solicitation will be a one-step process in which selection will be based on specific criteria identified in this document.
The scope of work generally consists of the demolition and removal of all above and below grade infrastructure associated with property improvements, site clearing, grading, seeding and revegetation. Contractor will be responsible for obtaining all required permits and complying with all City and State codes and requirements. This will be a one-year contract with an option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods.
A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 9 A.M. on June 11, 2026, at the Ortiz Center located at 402 Harbor Drive, Corpus Christi, Texas 78401. For virtual access to the meeting, login information will be published prior to the meeting date/time. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required when the successful Respondent executes the contract, each for 100% of the total contract amount.
In order to be considered, Proposals must be received by the PCCA no later than 3:00 P.M. Thursday, June 25, 2026 (the “Deadline”). Respondents must submit Proposal electronically via the PCCA’s Procurement website and marked “Proposal for Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) for Property Demolition and Site Clearing”, Attn: Melinda Licon, Procurement Services Manager. Proposals will be publicly opened virtually at the time they are due. Proposals may not be faxed or emailed to the PCCA office. The PCCA reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Proposals received.
Respondents must not attempt to contact Staff members, Commissioners, or Agents of the PCCA associated with this CSP to discuss or ask questions about the contents of the CSP. Questions should be submitted in writing via the PCCA’s Procurement website.
